Turn Button Pins are assembled out of the turn bottons with quilting pins. the turn buttons are manufacted from the brass nickle plated, the quilting pins are manufacture out of galvanized steel. the quilting pins are available in different sizes and lengths. 12 Gauge and 14 Gauge available for the pin diameter, the length is available in 2.5" (63.5mm) or 4.5" (114mm). as a manufacturer, other sizes and materials are available by special order.

The turn button pins are used for installing the removable insulation blankets or covers, they are used with the eyelet and washer as picture show. press the turn button pin through the removable insulation blanket, use a self locking washer to secure the turn button pins at botton side. 

The washer can be used for a cutting template, mark around the washer and cut out the material carefully, also mark and cut for silts for eyelet prongs to pass through, sandwich the fiberglass colth between eyelet and washer ensuring eyelet is on front adn washer is on back. make sure indents on the washer are faceside fown to take prongs when bent, firmly bend over prongs using a flat head screw driver.

When the removable insulation blankets are installed in place, we can twist the turn button to lock or release.
