Wire Lacing Hooks are used for installing the insulation mattress, they are on the front side of the insulation mattress and the lacing washers are installed on the underside of the insulation mattress, there is a 14mm width and 30mm long staple for fixing the wire lacing hooks and lacing washers onto the insulation mattress.

Wire Lacing Hooks are available in Galvanized steel, Stainless steel or Brass material, the wire diameter is available in 1.6mm or 2.0mm. 

When the wire lacing hooks and Lacing Washers are installed onto the insulation mattress, use stainless steel tie wires or stainless steel springs to tie so that the insulation matteress are hold in the place on the equipments, pipes etc.
